Everything is ok in moderation. I wouldn't want to eat breakfasts like that every day but once in a while shouldn't derail me. It's all about portion control. Report
The french toast and cinnamon buns would probably be unhealthy, but steel cut oats (2 recipes), quinoa, and yogurt are all great, and the pumpkin butter & black bread aren't too shabby! I didn't check the casseroles, but I suspect the hashbrown one would be less healthy and the ham, spinach one would be better. Report
