Small Success of the Week
Beth recently posted in the Community Goal Feed that, despite not wanting to, she did a 30-minute workout.
What's your overall goal?
I want to get back into shape and be healthy and active with my family.
How is SparkPeople helping you get there?
Tracking my food and exercise helps me be accountable to myself and to really look at what I am eating and how active I am. The community support is great! To share and celebrate mine and others successes and struggles is very helpful.
What's your biggest challenge right now?
Finding time is my biggest challenge. As a mom of two small children and a teacher, time to commit to myself and health often come last.
What advice do you have for someone who just joined SparkPeople today?
Track your food daily and when you don't want to exercise or make good food choices, do it anyway. Every small choice adds up!
