Jennifer 2.0 : Now under new management!
Call it Jennifer 2.0 if you will. Call it the next chapter in my life. Call it what you will, but I call it necessary. change that I am committing to, again.
While I was busy taking care of a terminally ill spouse, my focus shifted. I am back at square one, and needing to take drastic measures towards taking back Jennifer.
My future awaits, and I just need to make sure that I have my health and my fitness to be able to take those next steps to what lies ahead. ...

My Goals:
I am getting these excess pounds off for once and for all. I want my health back, and anything else that comes with it is a bonus.
Overall goal:
* See 199 on a scale, and then dance nekkid around the scale, defiantly. And then, see where things settle into place- at 5'10" I'm never going to be "thin" but I can sure as heck be healthy, and stacked! = )
My Program:
Whole grains, whole wheat instead of white foods, fruits and veggies, lean meats like chicken breast, and the occasional 93% lean beef. Limiting processed foods, drinking more water and Crystal light than diet soda, and getting back to the exercise which has been non-existant for too long now.
Personal Information:
5'10", newly brunette, and feeling hopeful for the first time in a long time. I am getting ready to do this for myself again, and for my future.
