I Love My Healthier Lifestyle!!!

Hello Again! I don't know what made me log in today, but I did! I am hoping to get back to my healthier lifestyle. It has been awhile. I am frustrated and disappointed with myself for getting so far off track, but you know what? That is the past. Can't change it, can only learn from it, right?
If you are reading this, I need your help! I need support, gentle guidance and a cheerleader! I would really, really LOVE an accountability partner as well! I would LOVE to ...

Cardio 30 -40 minutes 5x/week
Strength Training 2x/week
Roughly 1400 - 1600 kcal/day

I am a (mostly) Stay At Home Mom. I have the most amazing husband to whom I have been married for eleven years. We have three fabulous children who are 9, 5 and 3.
I teach preschool and volunteer at my children's schools and at church. I love to read and I hate to say it, but I love to watch TV! I also enjoy movies and playing outdoors with my family.
