I have had an account here on SP for several years now, but I have never done anything more than read an article here and there. I am married and have two beautiful girls ages 15 and 11. After my oldest was born I started having health problems and gained 120 pounds. It seemed that every time I would start to loose a pound or two my medication was changed and I gained it right back. While I was pregnant with my youngest I lost 30 pounds (I was not trying to) only to regain it immediately after she was born. A year later my medications were changed again and I lost 85 pounds in four months without changing my eating or exercising. I got put on a new medication and gained every pound back again within two months. I managed to loose twenty pounds and was between 260-265 for about 8 years. A year and a half ago I finally got below 200 pounds and stayed at 195 for about six months. I had a hysterectomy in May and started gaining the weight back again. I am back up to 247 pounds. I want to get to my goal weight of 160 and stay there...I'm tired of the drastic "yo-yo" weight changes!

My Program:
For the moment I am going to work on increasing my water...cutting out cokes. Eating throughout the day, I am horrible about eating one meal a day. Getting more active...doing cardio 30 min a day/6 days a week, strength training 6 days a week and stretching 7 days a week. Getting on a better schedule...I really need to get more sleep
