My Goals:
1) Get to 18%-20% body fat
2) To be healthy enough to not use my CPAP machine.
3) Have a healthy blood sugar range.
4) Have a healthy cholesterol level.
5) To not have any more gout.
6) To have vitality throughout the day without needing a nap.
7) To hike and not be tired.
