Introduction Text So, here I am AGAIN. When am I going to learn that I cannot do this alone? I stop using SP and I am back to eating what I want and gaining weight again. :( I have NO idea how much I weigh because I don't want to step on the scales. So I KNOW I have gained...my pants are all tight again...I feel uncomfortable...and I am unhappy with myself. I don't WANT to be this big yet...it is a struggle every day. I have always tried to be upbeat about losing but I don't have it in me right now. I am frustrated with myself. I want to do this. Yet I keep walking away and eating what I want. So, once again, I am back at SP and trying again. I HAVE learned to eat healthier but there is so much more I need to learn and implement into my life.

While losing weight is a goal, my first and foremost desire is to start living healthier. The weight loss will happen as I get healthier.

Mostly diet but also adding some exercise in there. I don't exactly have a "program" yet...

I am a Canadian. I live on a small Island in the middle of the Bay of Fundy. I can't imagine living anywhere else. This is about the best you can get! I have two grown girls. They are 29 and 27. I also have 3 grandsons. 5 years, 1 year and one will soon be born! I have been married for over years now and I think I am going to keep him. :)
