A lot has changed in my life. My son entered this world june 15,2009. i graduated college in August 09.i'll be attending grad school june 2010.

I've gotten somewhat of a grip on whats important in life and i've learned some things on my journey. i'm living for myself and my son. EVERYTHING i do,i do for him.i've learned that my life needs balance in order to function. By balance i mean emotional,social,physcial,spirtual and everything. so heres my game plan

social--try to get out at least once a wk even if it's just lunch w/my son and i.just to be out among ppl is fine with us.

physcial-i want to be here for my son and see my grandchildren.i literally squeeze in strength training throughout the day but i set aside an 1hour and 30 minutes for me...thats usually an hour cardio and the other 30 minutes(shower,facial,mani,pedi,anything like that)

spirtual-its alot to take my son to church every sunday he's all over the place or trying to get wild so therefore wednesday afternoon will be my time for bible class and my rest day of cardio

mental-reading books&sipping on green tea,and planning HEALTHY meals.

I can do this!2010 is my year. When I graduate in April 11 i don't want to be still at step 1 on living a healthy lifestyle i want to be on step 2 or 3. i'm tired of going back and fourth with this weight/healthy changes i'm really trying to make it a LIFESTYLE change!
