I used to do that!! I got up at about 4:30 every morning for like a year when I was doing crossfit for my classes, and by the end of the year I just wanted to SLEEEP!!! I haven't been getting up like that for a long time now, so I know I am doing better on sleep, and I wouldn't have to get up quite as early to do it before work now, since I do it at home now. I need to make myself.. I can get a workout in most days after work, but sometimes there are days I just don't have the time, and I wish I woulda done it before work. I think its neat to see that you are pushing thru! And that you keep it up at home. It is much harder to do it alone at home, than if you have a class. Thanx for the inspiration!! :D 1588 days ago
