CHOOSING Health is to Take the High Road~(read on)

ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS: That is the diagnosis given me when I was 28 years old! Was told by an Orthopedist that I would be crippled and in a wheel chair permanently in my forties and be disabled. I refused to accept that 'dooms day' sentence ..... After defying the crippling effects this brings, with my spine completely fused , I went through unbelievable pain and still have stiffness but ..... many years later, I continue working in health care full time, have centered my life around fitness and exercise and beat all odds!~A rheumatologist who treated me remarked, " whatever you are doing keep it up" ...(swimming and lots of walking) plus most of all, I am a believer.... And my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ has brought me through much peril into a place of victory and fulfillment..

Sunday: Well, about 8 in. of snow all told. Cold today! 6F right now and not going to get much warmer. Wind chill advisory in place too. It’s WINDY out there! Feels good to just stay in.

Miss Lilly is going to have to get used to going outside for her business. She doesn’t like it a lot. Poor baby.

Hope you have a good Sunday! Hugs and blessings.

Of course you can share it Jan, I am finding the pronunciation easy but I suspect I have an ear for languages.I The writing is going to be much harder as it is not the alphabet we are used to and they read from the other direction from us but I learned Russian so I can't see why I can't learn this too. I think it is good to keep learning. .English is kind of a universal language most people want to learn English so until we learn other languages we don't understand how isolating it can be to be somewhere where your Mother tongue is not understood..I joke that I can speak 15 languages unfortunately math is not one of them but seriously my mind does not work that way.I can add multiply , subtract and divide and do percentages (in my head which much younger people can't !) but when you add algebra and trigonometry and calculus I am lost. Yet I can switch into French ,German or Italian and barely notice I have done it.
