I'm glad you're enjoying the gym and doing more weight training. I should do more. I only use dumbells at home and ankle weights about once or twice a week.
I've been concentrating more on the cardio side of it but I really ought to balance it out.
I ran a lovely race last week and wrote a blog about it. I ran my fastest time ever. That was a confidence boost!
