My Goals:
It's time to get healthy and if that means getting "skinnier" in the process Woohoo!

My Program:
 I am staying between my food ranges and doing a variety of exercise including walking, cardio dance, and wii fit.


Personal Information:
I live in Fredericksburg, VA with my girlfriend and her husband and 14 year old son, along with 8 cats and 1 dog. I am a receptionist by day and have been an actor/singer by night for over 24 years.
