Introduction Text I am looking for friends who understand the weight loss struggle and are serious about losing weight. Friends that understand that I am serious about loosing weight, but struggle with stress and pain on a daily basis. I like to be an inspiration to others, If I can help you with anything please let me know..

My goal is to weigh 125-135, but I am now about 145 pounds. Goals met: "I wanted to loose 50 pounds I am 5'3'' and started with 175 pounds. I want to be 125 pounds by 9-1-15." I met this goal. I want to get back to this again.

I run 2.75 miles 4 days a week, walk 3.5 miles 4 days a week, aerobic exercise 2 days a week, and I also do weight training 4 days a week. I have been on Weight Watchers, but I'm not any more, but I always stay connected to Spark People daily.

I was born and raised in MN but moved in 1998 when I was about 25 to TX. I own my own in-home childcare business. I am married and have 2 daughters and 2 cats.

I really enjoy cross stitching and watching CSI and Criminal Minds. I surf the web way too much and when I can, I love to travel. I love to cruise and I am a Disney fan.
