    Hi there! I had some great advice to put lots of gel in my hair, pull it back and put a cap on. I also decided to liberally apply some body butter to exposed skin. The colour washed off easily! I hope that you have a great day!

    I am following the Hal Higdon novice 1 marathon training schedule just to get my miles back up. I don't have a race planned yet. Last time I trained for a marathon, I did 70+ miles a week at the peak of training.
