    Hi So Glad to know you are always out there! I am really getting the mood to do better... well you know I have too.. but that is ok. I am going to try and break this 200 mark... I don't have to be where I am. Gee wouldn't you like to break that 130 mark... LET'S GO FOR IT! We are the ones that Have to Make it Happen... cause it is not happening by itself... Let's Go!!!!!!!!!

    +HAPPY NEW YEAR! Hope all is well.. have not heard from you for some time... did you survive the holidays? I sure had about as much of a good time as I could... ate all I could think of.. and the scales show it! Tomorrow is the Pantry Challenge start.. plus I start Zumba again... I am out of shape since I have not been walking, because of the time change... but I do think it is getting lighter out later now...

Aughhhhh I am not eating all that much, but I can't eat what I am eating and lose. I can't get away from the foods I do well with. You are now 10 lbs from Goal... Keep Up the Good Work!

    Hi , Thank You for your comment! When I looked I realized I did not put down the right numbers for this week.. I lost total 22.25..in the 8 weeks and that makes 60.25 from my highest! I have a long way to go. I once weighed what you do right now for a little while once and then one other time about 10 years later. I can't imagine what that could even feel like.

    You are a Beautiful Younger Looking Senior! Don't you think that seniors these days do look so much younger than they used to. I turned 59 this year. My mom used to do Loretta Young's hair in Hollywood, and they said they looked like twins, but when Mom got in her late 60's ..from smoking and sun she looked like an older senior Mom. We can be different! ..and stay that way!

    To lose more can you up your exercise even a little? I bet you can! The 30 minutes a day I think is for us real physically unfit very large people. I find walking to and from work and around the block gets me 60 min. then I walk up and down the street right now for more. I have a lot to move tee hee. Can you go walking around inside a mall? Walk up and down stairs to breathe harder? And maybe while watching TV lift some weights.. I used to use 2 -1 gal. jugs and I can keep adding water, for more weight, lift in all directions ten times build some muscles back and leg lifts. I even work on my face muscles every other day now! Get super serious and cut ALL sweets for a while and mixing carbs with fat is not good...cut the carbs down for a while.

    Would you like to go crazy and join a Challenge I joined. It is in the Appalachian Trail Club. One of the girls is hiking on the AT for 100 miles Starting Aug 8th for 14 days... the challenge is walk 100 miles at home, but I am saying for Every 20 minutes will equal a mile..that is 2.5 hours of Something a day in activity...for 14 consecutive days! I bet it can be done even if it means I stand in front of the TV stepping up and down watching the Olympics!!! I bet we would lose something from all that moving! Think about joining US! You can find the club on my Home Page! Go Crazy... think about it!
