there are no mistakes - only lessons.
We might not control things around us but we can control our attitude, no matter what happens, we choose how to respond. We might fail but we can learn how to face pain with a smile. this way we will grow stronger and happier.
Here are some things that I've learned:
1. Food. it's all about choices.. start looking for the healthier options..
2. Don't let your mood or the people around you affect your eating habits.
