Introduction Text My name is Angie, and I live in Colorado. I enjoy many things like sewing and going for walks. I am 39 and tired of being very over weight. This started as a bet on who could lose the most weight by christmas..and so far I am winning.. YEAH!! I am determined this time to get under 300 lbs which I havn't been since 2005. And I am tired of having so special order clothes. ( being tall and fat must not happen a lot in the clothes industry.) SO I am going to do this, this time. I kind of slacked off for a while and now I am back where I started. :( So far though I am doing pretty good.

My first goal was to drop 20 lbs. Next goal is 40 lbs. Then I want to go shopping for some new clothes. 60 lbs will be next. then I think I will go join a gym so get more of a work out without feeling like a freak. thats all for now..dont want to look too far ahead.

I have cut down on the fast food. I eat more veggies and fruits. I eat smaller meals through out the day. I walk with one of my friends from church and most impotantly for me is that I pray that God will give me that strength to stick with this.
