My Goals:
Got back on Spark and I've lost 13 lbs so far and I would like to lose about 15 more by the end of the year. :)


My Program:
Limit portions/stay away from junk food and try to make it to the gym 4-5 days a week. WOot.



Personal Information:
I am a young artist and a mother of a 5 year little girl. I did spark before and it worked great! But since, I have put the weight back on. :( This year will be my year though! 2009 was tough!


Other Information:
I find it hard to stay away from the carbs and the sweets! That will probably be my biggest challenge.. As well as staying motivated to exercise regularly.
