I fell off the wagon in November 2011 as my life went into a tail-spin with a divorce, job loss and big move across the state. Luckily I managed to limit the fall to just an 8lb gain... (Last time I gained everything right back... 40lbs!!) So I am pretty proud of that!

This time I have a new love in my life, a great new job, a feeling of "family", and a fantastic pace of life, and somehow miraculously a new found love for my body just as it is, lumps, bumps, curves, dimples, stretch marks and all... I am back and I am better, stronger and more confident than ever. Time to get back to the 222lbs and beyond!

UPDATE: 03/15/2013
I am now officially below the weight I was when I stopped Sparking in 2011. Current weight is 220lbs! TIme to focus on getting my butt out of the "Obese" BMI range. 6lbs to go!

UPDATE: 03/22/2013
Today I said goodbye to being "Obese" and Hello to being "Overweight". When I started this journey I was flirting with "Morbidly Obese". Next goal on deck: Getting out of the 200s

UPDATE: 5/8/2013
Today a miracle happened... I weighed and saw 198.4 on the scale this morning... I am officially under 200 lbs!! ONEDERLAND!
Haven't been this small since I was about 20 years old! No rest for the wicked... Previous goals have been about 15lbs apart... the next one down from here is going to be a long hard slog to 177lbs and out of the "Overweight" BMI range. I am PUMPED!!

UPDATE: 6/7/13
I am still a LONG way from my planned next goal of 178lbs. Today I weighed in at 193lbs and I am SO proud of that. I realized that I am just one pound away from a total of 80lbs lost since the very start. I decided to log that as a mini goal too... I need something to celebrate on my way to 178 cos damn that's a long way away!

My Goals:
Goal 1: 10% of body weight loss. (27lbs lost) = 246lbs -- DONE! 8/19/11

Goal 2: 50lbs lost. = 223lbs -- DONE!! 3/12/13

Goal 3: 214 lbs - No Longer "Obese" BMI --DONE!! 3/22/13

Goal 4: Out of 200s. = 199lbs ONEderland! -- DONE!!! 5/8/13

Goal 5: = 192lbs a total of 80lbs lost since very start.

Goal 6: = 177lbs Crossing into "healthy" BMI range for my height.

Goal 7: 100 lbs lost = 172lbs

Goal 8: = 165lbs FINAL GOAL WEIGHT!!!

My Program:
My program includes healthy eating, varied aerobic and srength training. Ab class, TRX Suspension training and running/walking/crawling as much as I can.
