    I am definitely still working at things. I have the whole house in an uproar with cleaning and sorting. Trying to sort out fabric, get my sewing done, decorate, clean, shop, go to parties . . . Whew! The tree may go up this weekend if DH can help me before the party at church on Saturday night. My space is so limited that putting it up ten days before Christmas is a good thing. Don't even know how the dog will handle it. She is two and a half (lovely Sheltie--pic on my spark page) and we have only had her since the end of October. We grand parents sure can get busy. Who knew? I thought things were suppose to slow down--like me! LOL

    Well I'm not sure about grains (unless you think your allergic to them) I have heard good and bad things about grains.

    But eating whole grain is best...you know like brown or any other rice or quinoa (well it a seed but they still put in the grain group). oats, ect

    What I have read is that the company has tampered with wheat sooo much, that is why people have trouble eating it.

    I know Fuhrman put grains and starchy veggies in the same group and he says if your having trouble losing weight to eat the starchy veggies and not the grains for a while.

    All I know is that I like sweet potatoes more than grains...I just made some rice but what do I eat instead, the sweet potato,,,lol
