I now have 3 adopted greyhounds so will be walking a bit more. I also have a schnauzer and 2 cats. I live in Montana.

My Goals:
I would like to change my eating and exercise habits for a healthier life.

My Program:
 I am starting to walk my dogs 5 days per week and track my food so I can see what I need to change.

I live in Montana with my 2 Greyhounds, my Schnauzer and my 2 cats.

 I like dragons, dragonflies, fantasy and suspense novels, and computers
