Introduction Text WELCOME to my page. I live in the beautiful Adirondack Mountains of NY, close to the Canadian border. I am now retired and share these golden years with my hubby. We are very proud of five adult children. I have been struggling for most of my adult life with weight gain and the difficulty to keep it off. I love to eat!

To focus on a healthier life-style with daily eating, prayer and exercise.
