Introduction Text Hello - My name is Teresa -I am 55 y/o and have been active in Sparks for 20 months now - WOO-HOO! When initially starting Sparks I had done very well in my weight loss journey; however due to circumstances out of my control (health issues) I continue to rock back and forth with my weight- which can be very frustrating at times! Especially when reading all the wonderful success stories here ! I am determined to strive for the Lifestyle Changes I need to become as healthy as I can - First for myself - second for my family! My goal is an Holistic approach - body. soul, and mind! My goal is to incorporate lifestyle changes that will enhance my current life experiences my goal is find healthy ways to lose weight without making me crazy in the process!!

I have been on a high protein/low carb diet and have lost a few pounds but my goal is to find a healthy way of eating that can be a long term adventure -

I live in Texas divorced - 16yrs I have 3 - grown children- 2 sons and a daughter. My daughter has Blessed me with 2 beautiful granddaughters My sons has Blessed me with 4 sweet grand dogs -LOL

I am a christian - I enjoy family and friends. I enjoy craft projects - visiting with others online! There is an Indian belief that everyone is a house of four rooms: a physical, a mental, an emotional and a spiritual room. Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time, but unless we go into every room every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not complete.
