Goals for 2012:

*Fit into my size 10s

*Get healthier and stronger

Enjoy the journey!!!!

Fitness goal is to run a fast 21.1K towards the end of the year, and get into mountain bikingand so more trail running.That's all!!
No extremes for 2012!

My Program:
 Exercise:

2012: Started from scratch all over again.
Currently jogging/walking 5K 3x a week

2011:
Was training for Comrades 2011 but then got a stress fracture (Feb 2011). So now taking it easy and starting all over again.... WILL NOT OVERDO THINGS!!!

My activities: Walking, running, spinning, cycling, rowing, hiking.... and gardening.

Nutrition:
Low Fat Vegan (from Nov. 2011)



Personal Information:
As a (slow) long distance runner and cyclist I am busy rediscovering my fitter and leaner self!

I live in in South Africa.

    haven't cycled or run since July...
    Only had a few swim sessions.
    Busy busy busy and very bored at the same time :(
    Time to get moving again. School started, only a couple of boxes left.

    Box by box. You can get boxes from a shop.
    Write on them what's in and how urgent they are.
    Some of those boxes you won't need in the next three months...
    Have approx 10 urgent boxes, the things you really need for everyday life.
    Awful but doable. Only no one else will do it for you.
    Best wishes.
    We're in by now but we still have 23 boxes unpacked.
    And no more place...
    I eat most terrible, also had a minor surgery yesterday on my ankle.
    Life has been better. Could be much worse, though.
