My Goals:
My goal is to help and guide you all along your wellness and weight loss journey. I know what it is to be overweight, to feel ashamed and stuck. I have been there. I have struggled with my weight for about 10 years. Yoyo dieting, emotional eating, binge eating, shame, guilt, you name it. This has given me quite a few tools, skills, and empathy to help you if you are struggling to get your weight under control. I am almost 47, I have 3 daughters, and I work with patients who understand that a meal plan and an exercise program are not enough to change their life. They want more, they want success that's going to last a lifetime. What about you, what do you want?


My Program:
I offer a French approach to health and weight loss. It is based on how and where I was raised, but I’ve applied French philosophy to living life here in America, my forever home. With my program, you learn how to Love your Body - Love your Food - Love your Life.



Personal Information:
I am an ACE Certified Health Coach specializing in Weight Management. I hold a Certification in Sports Nutrition and Performance from Washington State University. I am also an ICF Certified Life Coach. But most importantly, I CARE. I care about you, your profound happiness, your results, and the deep reasons why you want to reach your goals.


Other Information:
If you are reading this, I assume that it's because you want to make a change. If you want immediate, short-term results from a diet you can “power through” until you hit your goal, my approach isn’t for you. If you want lasting results and prefer to enjoy your life every day until you reach your goal and well beyond, then you’re in the right place.

When I say, “lasting results” -- I’m not talking a few months or a few years. I mean the rest of your life. You only have one, so why suffer through it?
