I am a retired teacher who has enjoyed Spark for several years but never made a Spark page or joined a challenge group. My sister was staying with me this winter in Hawaii and got me motivated to get on a challenge group. It sounded like a fun way to get the weight off with motivation. I love being active but in the last year I have had some hip and neck joint deterioration so am looking forward to getting fit and ready for some surgeries. I love being active but in the last year I have had some hip and neck joint deterioration so am looking forward to getting fit and ready for some surgeries. I want to be in the best shape I can be in so that recovery will be quick. I also want to recover quickly so I can get back to traveling, walking, gardening, playing with my grandkids, four-wheeling and quilting on rainy cold days.

I would like to start off by loosing the 10 pounds that I gained in a year and eventually it would be nice to get a total of 20 pounds off. My ideal weight would be 150
My Program:
I have an elliptical that i will plan to use 3-4 times a week. I have use the spark recipes and weight watcher recipes and try to record all food.
