My health is important.


I am a 66 year old grandmother of 2 beautiful grandchildren. I want to lose 100 lbs so that I will be able to see them grow up and be a part of their lives. My granddaughter is always asking me to get down on the floor and play tea party with her, but I have a hard time getting up from the floor so it keeps me from having fun with her. I am also walking 3 times a week hoping to make it 5 times a week.
