I enjoyed Randy Alcorn's book, Heaven. It gives one a lot to think about. Our future home! I thought I would go back and read the book again at a slower pace, looking up all the references. Haven't done that yet. So many books, so little time, LOL. 4 days ago

2021- a great year to be on the No S Diet team. Truly a lifestyle, one very similar to how literally millions of slim people in slim cultures manage having more food than they need: eat most of their food at discrete, one-plate, delicious meals, and have extras, including modest sweets, as the exceptions, not the norm. It's not about quick weight loss- where has THAT gotten u?- but sustainable patterns of doing with less.
