I have joined Spark a year ago (June 2014) and have dipped in my toes to get a taste of what Spark has to offer. Well, a year later, and I am finally taking the plunge. I have made some changes over the course of my weight loss journey but am in need of that extra push to help me across the finish line.
I currently weigh 174.9 pounds and my goal is to be under 150. I have set out a plan to lose 25 pounds and keep it off. Here's to making healthy changes one day at a time!
