    Thanks for stopping by and reading my rant, yes i think its gonna help me with my goals more than any thing that i own now, i just have to come up with a routine that i can add all my toys together. Great news on your lose for the week...when i was at the VA for my eye appointment i weighed myself there and i was down another 5 lbs so i am down to 318 now so i am going for under 300 by News Years....have a great evening !!!! emoticon
