    The other day you had left a comment on my blog asking what kind of weights I was using during the first Phase of CLX. Sorry it took so long getting this to you, but here it is what I used during Burn Circuit 1:
    *Sumo Squat w/ Hip Lift: 10 lbs
    *Lunge with Posterior Fly: 3 lbs but went up to 5 during week 2
    *Dead Left w/ Posterior Fly: 3 lbs but went up to 5 during week 2 & was ready to go up again after week 4
    *Lunge with Core Rotation: 10 lbs
    *Bench Press & leg Lower: 7.5 lbs in weeks 1 & 2 then 10 lbs in weeks 3 & 4
    *Squat w/ Side Bend: 12.5 lbs
    *Fwd-Lean Lunge w/ Dbl Arm Post Fly: 5 lbs
    *Chest Fly with Hip Lift: 5 lbs

    During Burn Circuit 2 I used between 5-10 lbs.

    During Burn Circuit 3 I used between 5-12.5 lbs. During the last week I was ready to go heavier on a couple of the exercises.

    I hope all this helps. Let me know if you are wondering about any others. I think most people probably lift more than I do? Maybe??

    Hi Amanda, thanks for the friend add. I'll find my log after while & let you know the size weights I was using. I don't think they were very heavy compared to what other people use.
