    Thank you for the very apt comment on my blog today. The very best thing about taking the time to post a blog has been having that support and encouragement from people like you.

    I see you're relatively new to SP and I hope it's mostly going well for you. When I first got started here, one thing I did that I would recommend is to find something in your closet that you would love to be able to wear again but right now is just a bit too tight. For me, it was a pair of pants that I could barely wiggle into much less zip. When the scale slowed down or refused to budge, I would try those pants on again and often I discovered that the scale just wasn't telling the whole story. Those pants got easier to get into, eventually they zipped and then they even were ready for public! When that happened I found something else that was too tight and followed the same routine. Honestly, that kept me from being too depressed when the scale wouldn't budge after I had been working so hard.
