Introduction Text 2014 had its challenges but onward and upward. My belief system is that 2015 will be a year of great advancement in all areas physically, emotionally and spiritually. My first encounter with Spark People was in 2008 where I lost 60 pounds following the food tracking and making good choices but as quickly as it came off, it was faster coming back on when some unforeseen challenges came along...but lesson learned

Married 24 years after meeting my husband only 6 weeks prior..God is faithful even when we are going 90 to nothing. We have 2 children, one son who is 19 and a daughter who is 14. We live in a small country community that we love, couldn't imagine living in a big city...not my thing~

I love the beach and anywhere that is warm with sand. I really enjoy reading and hanging out with my family. I love what is considered "Classic Rock" now-a-days but to me it will always be "80's Hair Bands", which I would never consider classic rock. I am a counrty music listener but will always be that rocker chick at heart:)
