To eat less fast food and learn to love healthy foods.

My Program:
 I have joined a 10 month long volunteer Diabetes Prevention Group and Spark People


Personal Information:
Just got dumped by my husband, so might as well get out there, get thin, get a better relationship with myself and a better man while I am at it!

Other Information:
 I love to jam to my favorite band "Rehab" and enjoy reading Clive Cussler's novels, as well as cheer for the Green Bay Packers
