    Hello!

    I am just browsing around and somehow ended up here. I was looking at a Toronto team (somewhat near where I live) and clicked here, clicked there and before I knew it I was here. I would love for my youngest to get interested in losing some weight. She just completed a 4 year degree in music at U of Toronto this yearbut is going back (more $$$$!!!) to study to be a teacher.

    Hang in there and the weight will be gone! Gosh, if you are at all into running you will leave the pounds behind!

    aw i'm sorry to hear that. things haven't been too awesome on my end either.. i haven't weighed myself in a while and i've probably gained weight from drinking this past weekend:(. I it sounds like your sleep schedule is completely out of synch. can they change the medication or give you a different doseage? I was hoping two drop a couple of sizes before school as well. but i feel like once classes start it will be easier because there will be distractions and it should be easier to eat healthy. we have to stick to it! keep me posted :)

    hey! thanks for the blog comment. that's a really good idea about having a small serving and then gum. usually i'll try to just have the gum but then i still want what i wanted before. but if i have a small amount and then the gum it would probably work better, so thanks! today wasn't bad, i had a healthy breakfast, a whole wheat sub for lunch, and then i'm taking salad to work tonight. the only challenge is not to eat when i get home at 130am. how are things going for you?

    hey, thanks for checking up on me! a lot has been going on over the past week and i haven't really had the energy to come on the site but i'm trying not to stress out over it and hopefully do better this week. keep me posted on how things are going with you ;)

    Wow, I am so glad you contacted me. Its good to know that someone is at the same point that you are. We can do this together. I really have been trying to eat better. I have found that my problem area is dinner. My boyfriend is a great cook and he takes pride in it. And he also enjoys a great meal at a restaraunt. So this is my difficult point. My workout have been very inconsistant. So i need to work on that as well. But i am happy to hear that you are getting off to a good start! Keep up the good work and let me know how your doing!
