My Goals:
My goals are:

Lose inches, not just lbs

Make grocery lists of fresh foods, shop weekly, stick to the outside of grocery stores.

Celebrate my accomplishments

Be Happy :)

My Program:
Exercise 6 days a week with altnernating weight lifting and 5k training.

Eat 1400 Calories

Drink oodles of water. :)

I embrace change, different opinions, new recipes-exercise ideas-I'm always open to try new things. :)
