Thank you for my yoga matt goodie.. I am going to start plus size yoga really soon. As my body has become somewhat stiff since my double knee replacements 2 years ago. I still have full flexion and would love to keep it. Most knee replacements people don't get full flexion. So I am very happy with that. I watched my nephew do that P90x thought I was going to die and I was only watching it. There is a couple of new beach body exercise DVDs that have come out that I would love to get my hands on but not with joining Beach Body because it is expensive. One is called "Cize" where you basically dance with the instructor using all of your body and it is not hard dance moves I have been following this coach on Facebook she gives out free advice all the time and shows us the different exercise plans that they have and she does not push the products. She is also a plus size model on a journey to be fit. She is honest and tells you about ALL of her details of her journey to be healthy and fit. I love her because she is plus size and won't lie to you or give any B.S. just to get you to do what she thinks you should be doing.
you are welcome about following your page. I love it when people our totally awesome and put it out there completely. After all we are all out for the same goal of losing weight and getting healthy. Right?
Have a good day I am off for some family therapy with my 15 year old. Just what I want to do at the crack of dawn. But have to do it at this time because my husband works graves

That is cool you could open the link... I gave you some boxing gloves but my dumb dog unplugged my keyboard by moving his bed around that is under my desk. They are for you to give kick boxing a try. I would love to do it but have serious balancing issues just walking, My niece lost about 75 in the course of a year just doing that for 2 hours a day but that is a lot of commitment I don't know that I could do it for 2 hours a day IF I was in shape.. Also she is was not in bad shape before. She had just gained weight with her 2 pregnancies. Now she is only about 141 on a 5' 9 ' frame.. It works for her but I can do kick boxing without falling down and I don't need that for sure. . . .
I am 53 1/2 right now and have 3 kids .. 1 son 31 and a daughter 30 and Jeremy whom made it to 15.. now 4 more years of high school . . I swear that he is harder that raising a girl and that was tough.. haha
