If you should follow this diet - technically - you would maybe not see weight loss due to hormonal changes during the weeks when your hormones are active, but overall you would still lose weight. So while you might not see a loss on the scale every week, you'd still be able to see your weight go down over the months. Beside, this type of diet also helps to regulate hormones so one might not experience as many fluctuations compared to people eating in different ways. 722 days ago
