    thanks for your comment on my old blog :) I’ve actually considered upping my calories, but am afraid I’d just gain more weight, and yes, I’m still struggling with weight loss, unfortunately 🤷🏻‍♀️

    The fluctuations are just fluctuations. If you should follow this diet - technically - you would maybe not see weight loss due to hormonal changes during the weeks when your hormones are active, but overall you would still lose weight. So while you might not see a loss on the scale every week, you'd still be able to see your weight go down over the months.
    Beside, this type of diet also helps to regulate hormones so one might not experience as many fluctuations compared to people eating in different ways.
