Introduction Text Hi, my name is Angela. I have been on the weight roller coaster for 6 yrs now. I work full-time as a secretary. I am 42 and married to a wonderful supportive husband. I have 1 grown daughter in AZ, 2 grown step sons in OH & NC and 7 grandchildren. I am a transplant to Mobile, AL from Cincinnati, OH and I absolutely love it down here. I'm always open to suggestions and encouragement, so feel free to contact me.

My long range goal is to lose 40 lbs by 7/1/10. My focus is 1 lb per wk.

I try to do some sort of exercise everday. Most of mine is on my treadmill at home, but there is also a gym at my work that I like to use during my lunch hr. I also have a membership to the YMCA. During the week I try & exercise twice a day. On the weekends I only exercise once a day.

I am from Cincinnati, OH, but have lived in Mobile, AL since 1996. I moved down here with my husband. I have also had the pleasure of living in Kauai, Hawaii for 2yrs back in the 80's.

My hobbies are crocheting, sewing & reading mystery novels. I also love to travel and since all of my family lives out of town, I travel quite a bit. I love to cruise even though I get sea sick usually one day while on the ship. My husband says I am a trooper. I love football and am an Alabama fan. Roll Tide!!
