    Hey Julie, Thank You so very much. I can't tell you just how much Quincy meant to me and my family not to mention my rehab. I have spent the last 12 years with my 'Little Boy' doing our walks, playing, living and loving each other. We have nursed each other back to health more than once and I would have done anything if it would have meant saving his life and giving him a comfortable life, but the pneumonia and infection were much tougher than the Vets, the drugs, me or my BEST BUDDY Quincy. I truly regret yesterdays outcome but I'm so glad that MY BUDDY does not have to suffer anymore. His pain and suffering was killing me and my family especially my daughter Elizabeth who has had him as her constant companion since becoming disabled at the age of 22, 7 years ago. For her he is the greatest loss.

    I'm stopping by all my SP friends to wish you a healthy fit week ahead. As we start the 2nd 1/2 of July lets make more effort to eat the fruits and veggies of the season and do some refreshing fitness of your choice, And don't forget the best way to stay hydrated is by drinking our nice cool water !!! Just Do It !!!
