I've been on this site on and off for over 4 years now. When I stick to it it works. This time around I've been going strong since January 2nd 2011.

I've lost 15lbs and gone down a pant and bra size.

My plan this time around is to work really slowly.

I started working out in the winter to combat seasonal depression. I hate working out but this time around I could feel the Increase of energy. The more I work out the better I feel so I am very motivated to continue.

I started out doing 30 minutes a day spinning on my stationary bike watching streaming tv on my computer. I have since added Yoga 3 times a week and 20/100s everyday.

I've also started trying to make everything we eat from natural ingredients. I am not counting calories or yet but I know I'd be more successful if I did.

I'm not going to make any changes that I can't live with long term. I'm sick of yoyoing!

My Goals:
My goal is to loose weight and inches off my core. I want to be in good shape to be a healthy active mother to my daughter. I want to be a strong confident woman so that I am a good example for her. I also want to look attractive but who doesn't?


My Program:
I have gotten rid of most of the empty calories in my house. I try to eat whole grains, veggies and a ton of fruits. I stick within my callorie range set by Sparkpeople and am working toward drinking a lot more water.

I am doing at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week and trying to incorperate more activity into my life in general. I also do strenth training three days a week and an ab and butt work out every week day.



Personal Information:
I'm from Ontario Canada. I'm 24 years old. I'm a married sahm of one beautiful daughter and hopefully more someday.


Other Information:
I like outdoor activities like hiking, camping and fishing. I LOVE to go swimming but now HATE to wear a bathing suit. I like to read and write in a journal. I also knit, crochet, bake, and do other craft type projects when I have time.

    Great job this week! Keep up the good work. Oh, I am a diet pop drinker too. I usually get Mountain Dew for the caffeine, but got Cherry Pepsi for the sweetness yesterday instead of the chocolate I wanted. I was in heaven. lol I did cut back quite a bit this week though. Just gotta take one day at a time.
