Introduction Text My name is Angie. I'm 5'2 and used to 150 pounds. With the gym and home stationary bike I got down to 135, but I reached a stubborn plateau and still had a thick waist, despite the gym only being 3 miles away. Going to the gym became harder and harder because of my excuses. Then, with exercise at home, I lost 12 more pounds and now I'm a size 6, sometimes 4, and comfortable at 123 pounds. I'm a smaller size now than I was at 123 pounds 10 years ago! I am a passionate believer and a big big fan of Beachbody's programs, as they are ultimately what really helped me get to my goal and stay there. I began doing P90X in 2010 and have since done P90X2, Turbo Fire, and Insanity. I drink Shakeology every day, and I exercise the most consistently than I EVER have in the past. I work as a physical therapist in the hospital setting since 2001. Currently I work with patients with a chronic form of swelling called lymphedema. It is very rewarding and challenging. I have two dogs Doris and Bear (chihuahua and Corgi) who are like brother and sister. I enjoy organized bike rides, red wine, genuine honest, positive people, and I thrive on helping others. Maintain my weight loss and tone.

I have done P90X, P90X2, and I am currently doing Turbo Fire. Insanity is next. I also drink Shakeolgoy, which has been the most helpful in getting to my weight loss and fitness goals.
