Hi my name is April and I've just been browsing page and came across yours. I've also been a member for over a year and this year I'm in the grove and I'm just not going to stop. Even if it's just a little bit at a time!!! Sometimes I just get so unmotivated cause I don't feel like I'm getting the results that working for. But I just got to keep in mind that its going to be a new lifestyle and a healthier me! Anyways hope we can be help to motivate each other-if you'd have me as a sparks friend? lol. Oh buy the way how did you get the virtual model of your start weight and goal weight...I really need to get one of those to keep reminding me of the big picture!!!
