Introduction Text People call me Jeffreaux. I went back to driving cross country and it was a diet disaster. I gained 75 pounds. It just is not possible for me to do what I love to do and stay healthy. My wife and I were in a major accident that messed up my left arm pretty bad. We are off the road once again so I will try to get healthy again. After surgery on my arm it still doesn't work very well and may have to have another surgery.

To be down to 175 in one year.

I have cut back on portion size as well as looking into healthier foods. I try to get some sort of exercise everyday although it doesn't always happen.
