I want to "spark" and I need your help!! :D

Tip to reduce weight: Turn your head to the left then to the right. Repeat this exercise every time you are offered something to eat!

My Goals:
My goal is to be active again.

Everytime I gain weight, it seems that my life stops until I lose it back.
I have lost and gained around 30 kg like 4 times in my life.
So it´s a mess!!!

I am 1,73 cm or 5´8"(according to my Curves instructor :D)





My Program:
I try not to eat bread, cookies, sweets and I try to walk every day (at least 45 minutes). I just started Curves in march :D!




Personal Information:
I am 27 years old and I am from Brazil.

I went to law school, so technically I am a lawyer, but I haven´t really started working, maybe that´s not my field, I am pretty lost in all senses, as you can see.

I love watching tv, listening to music, dancing (specially salsa and samba :D ).
I also love learning foreign languages.

I have a boyfriend for 2 years now , but we met in Europe and he lives there, so it´s a weird relationship, hehehe, we hardly see each other, but we do talk every day, and I hope it works out :S :D

    SparkPeople is something like a emoticon in some ways - it's lots of fun and easy to make friends because we're all in this together. I like the way a HEALTHY LIFESTYLE is emphasized - it's about waaaaaay more than 'just' losing weight!

    There are tutorial videos under the HELP section that can show you how to use the features of the site.

    If you haven't discovered The Spark book and/or the SparkDiet linked at the bottom of the START page, check them out - the program is simple but extremely effective. There is a TON of information on this site - so much it might even seem overwhelming but fortunately we don't have to 'digest' everything at once!

    Take a few baby steps and then a few more and before you know it, you'll have completed a long journey - I hope you enjoy this community as much as I do and hope you learn how to make positive lifetime changes because that's the only thing that will work over time!
