    Thanks for visiting the blog. Those changes we don't want to make can be tough...try just little baby steps. I think with the eating of breakfast, getting something in there helps get our digestion going for the day...and is intended to boost our morning energy. Still, some folks (my one son is one of them) eating anything in the morning is a challenge. Hope you find something that works for you. emoticon

    BTW, FWIW, my workouts are a huge struggle these days too with my full time nursing job. Oh my time is soooo precious these days. Needless to say I am trying to make myself a priority over a clean house so I feel like I need to watch my house go up in smoke LOL. Oh well, you can't do it all!! :) I am trying to sacrifice now for a payoff later. Words to live by I guess. :/

    Thanks for the comments on my blog. I LOL to your gym partner story, so true isn't it? It is a very small percentage of people indeed willing to push themselves to their limits...or heck, even enough to see some changes! I used to workout with some coworkers at an old job...used to sort of lead the workouts.....and they would just whine, make excuses, all the time. I used to tell them they think to much. Don't think, just DO!
    The toe shoes ended up not working for me, I've got a bit of a webbed toe and it ended up being a huge problem. I wasn't 100% sold on the idea of "barefoot" high impact so I decided to go with cheaper cross trainers. I ordered online so hope they fit! I have to say the shoes were very cool though. They would have been great for weight lifting and lateral moves. You should try them on! I almost ordered New Balance Minimus but I'll wait till I get more cash (ever?). :)
    You need to post more pics or yourself and your family! It's always nice to have a face to go with the name! How old are your little ones? Where do you live?
    I had to laugh at your comment about hubs. He used to lift, bodybuild, etc but then had to make money, etc. Like his life is over. Amazing how much it changes huh? Last weekend hubs and I had our first overnight together sans kids in half a decade and we didn't know what to do with ourselves. We were like, "what did we DO before?" I felt so lazy it wasn't even funny! Amazing how kids change EVERYTHING!

    Hi Anita, thanks for commenting on the Earthing blog. It is intersting stuff to learn about. I just reread your comments at the top of your Sparkpage and am troubled to see you are only getting 5 hours of sleep at night. That is no where near enough for good health and for weight loss..they are both connected to good sleep patterns. I know with all the demands on you as a wife, mother and everything else, it is tough to carve out time for yourself, but I don't see how you can ever thrive on so little sleep. I struggle to get 7 hrs consistently...and when I don't I can tell in all aspects of my day. You might want to look into the connection between sleep and weight loss etc. It will benefit you AND your family. HUGS to you my sister. emoticon
