Hi everyone. I am looking forward to continue to work with you! This is my seventh month seriously doing Spark. I joined the 5% Challenge community and that has made all the difference in my continued weight loss success. I lost over 115 pounds before getting on Spark and I am through trial and error and with the support of my great Champions in the Kitchen teammates learning how to maintain, and loose more weight.

I follow the Paleo lifestyle for my eating and I love to workout. Two years ago the word love and workout would not have been in the same sentence. Let's be honest, working out was something thought I would never do. But I joined an amazing gym and enjoy taking, Spin, Yoga, Pilates, and my personal favorite Zumba!

I am a teacher so during the summer I work out 2-5 hours at the gym, I go very early in the morning; I am still shocked I do that! And then I work toward getting my masters during the day. For all the time I spend at the gym I am still working on getting stronger! I know that this will be a goal I will always be working towards.

I am a true example of a person whose life has been totally changed by weight loss, and changing the type of food that enters my body. With Paleo processed foods are not something I consume and the change in the way my body feels is impressive.

I look forward to continue to follow Paleo and continue to workout daily during the 5% Summer challenge.
