Introduction Text I am a mom, a middle school math teacher and so ready to lose weight! Been here for awhile and had many starts and stops but really want to do it this time.

I want to lose 40 lbs., have a more active lifestyle, have more energy and feel more comfortable in my skin!

Currently, I will drink 8 glasses of water per day, follow an exercise plan and create friends for support.

I am 43 years young; married with 3 children, I am working as a middle school math teacher.

I love reading great books - especially Christian fiction or just great love stories - nothing too raunchy. I also love the shore and hope to live near the beach one day.
