My Goals:
Lose 60 lbs. There, I said it. That's a lot to carry on my small frame. I am asking myself why did I let myself become obese.
My Program:
Vary calories between 1200-1500, Eat min. five fruits/veggies per day. Get plenty of protein. Divide my calories 2 meals, one snack.
Walk outdoors 4-5 x week, 1 mile. Drink 8 glasses water. Get 8 hours sleep.
Weight workout 6 days (works different parts each day) 5 lbs.

I really haven't been much of a joiner (could ya' tell?) but I really was inspired by a blog recently by a spark member. And also the people who commented on her post. They had quotes in their comments. I found these really made me think.
