Introduction Text I am originally from California and loving the Washington lifestyle. I am married with 3 beautiful daughters and want to be around as long as I can to watch them thru life. Our social lifestyle usually includes lots of BBQ'ing, so I am looking forward to finding ways to still enjoy our social lives in a healthier way.

Updating goals for 2008: ~ 8 glasses of water a day ~ Stay w/in calorie range 6 days a week ~ 30 min of exercise 5 days a week ~ Bloomsday race, May 4th 7.5 miles. Time to beat from last year: 2H 8M AND 52S

Sunday: Cardio 2+ miles minimum Monday: Upper Body - Modified pushups, Lying Tricep Lifts, Dumbbell reverse flys. Core - crunches w/ Ball, Reverse Crunches w/Ball, Lying Straight Leg Raises Tuesday: Cardio - 2 miles Wednesday: Lower Body - Forward Lunges, Lying Single Leg raises, Calf raises w/ball, Bridges. Core - Dolphin pose, slow swimming on Ball, Bicycle cunches Thursday: Cardio - 1 mile Upper Body - Close Arm Wall Pushups, Dumbbel Chest Press, Dumbbell Lateral Raises, Alternating Dumbbell Bicep Curls Friday: Lower Body - Lateral Lunges, Lying Abduction, Wall Squats w/ Ball, Nicoles Butt Blaster. Core - Pendulum, Back Extension w/ Ball, Crunches w/Ball. Saturday: FUN DAY!! Dance, Park, Play with DD and dogs!!

My husband and I love entertaining, which usually includes lots of BBQ's with lots of food and not much exercise, I am looking for ways to continue doing what we enjoy doing, but in a healthier way.
